We know our little wellness wonderland is a new concept and all our amazing sessions might be a bit overwhelming… but here’s the thing: we’re simply an awesome place with a lot of ways to feel good fast. So, just follow the steps below and you’ll be on your way.

STEP 1

choose a session

DON’T OVERTHINK IT, JUST FOLLOW YOUR HEART.

For your first time we suggest you choose the session(s) you’re most excited about and then go from there. Once you’re here you’ll get a first-hand taste of what we’re all about.

“What session should I start with?”

That’s up to you! There’s no right or wrong choice for your first time. It’s a choose your own wellness adventure!

“What do you recommend?”

All of them, silly! We love all our sessions, that’s why we have them ;) If you’re stuck deciding, check out our sessions page and pay attention to the various lengths, experiences and benefits – or get a discovery pass and try them all!  Still stuck? Play eenie, meenie, minie, mo.

“Can I get a tour?”

We’re glad you’re excited, but due to the private nature of our wellness experiences, we do not offer in-person tours of our studio. People are in session – some of them are napping and some of them are naked – you wouldn’t want someone interrupting your me time, would ya? 

STEP 2

CLICK OR CALL OR COME ON IN.

Booking a session at Vortex works the same way as you’d book a spa treatment, hair cut or a GoatYoga class. Select a session and book a time that works for you.  Easy peezy.

“Can I book for someone else?”

Yep! Once you’ve created an account, you can add friends or family members to your profile. After that, book away! 

Can’t find the same start time when booking for two or more people? No worries. Book as close as you can to each other and we’ll adjust accordingly so that everyone starts around the same time.

“Can I just book a time and decide my session later?”

Ooo sorry, it doesn’t work like that. We need to know what you want to do and when, just like any other appointment.

“What else do I need to know?”

When you book your session, you’ll receive confirmation, waivers, as well as a “pre-flight” video link to introduce you to the studio and get you prepped and excited for your session

STEP 3

Your WELLNESS ADVENTURE BEGInS hERE

We suggest you arrive 5-10 minutes before your session – longer if you want to chill out in the lounge beforehand. We have ample free parking in our lot. Take the stairs or the private elevator, and we’ll greet you in our reception area.

“What’s in the lounge?”

The lounge is a good time – it’s not “shush-y” or pretentious. Take a wellness shot, grab a bottle of water – infused with an intention and etched with a mantra – or sip on some tea and relax before or after your session. We’ve got handheld massagers, oracle decks, aromatherapy roll-ons, and more.

You can sit in silence, bring a journal, connect with your fellow humans, or help yourself to the self-help shelf (say that 10 times fast!) where we’ve got a ton of awesome uplifting books to read.

Our intention for you is that you spend time reconnecting with yourself.

What happens next?”

When it comes time for your session, one of our Wellness Techs will take you to your private wellness suite or Pod where you’ll be shown everything you need to know. Then it’s all you, baby! Soak in the good vibes and enjoy this time to yourself. After your session you can hang out in the lounge and take some time to prepare yourself to enter the real world once again.

YOU CAN’T HAVE TOO MUCH OF THIS GOOD THING.

While all of our sessions are designed to make you feel great in the moment, cumulative sessions yield optimal results. Plus Vortex is just an awesome place to be – we’re here when you need us!

“How often should I come?” 

That’s up to you! Each session has different benefits and the frequency of use to get the maximum benefit of each technology varies. Check out individual session pages for more details.

“Can I move in?”

You’re sweet. We get this a lot and the answer is… sorta. We do have a series of memberships available where you can come for up to two sessions a day. Click here to learn more.
